Shipping policy
We ship to all European Union countries from our base in Portugal.
Free shipping on all orders of €120 or more. For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee applies — the exact amount is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation. Estimated delivery times by destination:
- Portugal: 1 business day
- Spain: 1–2 business days
- Germany, France: 3–4 business days
- Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 4–5 business days
- Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic: 4–5 business days
- Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Romania, Croatia, Baltic states: 5–7 business days
- Sweden, Malta, Cyprus: 5–6 business days
All orders are shipped via GLS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
